Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Then pour 1/2 liter into a pot containing 15 ml of green tea. Let it steep for 60 to 90 seconds then pour it away.
For the second brew, pour the remaining water onto the tea leaves. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then pour it into small cups, and drink it along with the cottage cheese.
To prepare garlic cottage cheese: Stir the yogurt and cottage cheese to form a mixture. Peel the clove of garlic, crush it in a garlic press, and add it to the mixture. Finally, add salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice to taste.
