Bring the water to a boil and let it cool for five minutes. Pour half of the water over the tea leaves in the pot. Let the first brew steep for one minute, then pour it away.
Let the second brew (with the remaining water) steep for three minutes, then pour it through a filter into a thermos. Add a few drops of lemon juice, add the honey, and shake well.
