Green Tea Drink - Replenishing Minerals and Water

Green Tea Drink Ingredients :

 

Making Green Tea Drink :

Bring the water to a boil, then let it cool for 5 minutes. Pour half the water over the tea leaves in the pot.  
Let the first brew (with half the water) steep for ninety seconds then pour it away.

Let the second brew (with the other half of the water) steep for three minutes, then pour it through a filter into a thermos. To perk up the flavor of the green tea drink, add a few drops of lemon juice, the mineral water and the iodine salt and shake well.
